Unlucky apartment
The apartment was old not renovated and not matching the pictures shown on the website. Our friends who came with us and booked the same apartment at the same price got nice renovated with clean walls, good furniture. The staff could not change the apartment. Welcoming Friendly Hotel
Very welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff. We booked at the last minute virtually and paid probably more than normal for an hotel room but then again it was holiday time ! However we ended up with one bedroom and large living room with sofa bed, table and chairs , TV .Very nice and comfy, basic amenities ie fridge kettle and cooker. Really great stay, but no free Wi-Fi
Stayed for almost a week here with the family. Had a big 3 bedroom apartement next to the restaurant and pool (building 1) which was very spacious and comfortable for two adults with three kids. The only downside was the path to the pool was right outside the porch area but didn't bother us too much. The apartment itself was good and had two showers and two toilets which were plenty for us. Everything has to be paid extra
The Résidence Iratzia is OK, clean, calm (considering the many families with small children) but you must know that what you pay for your room only covers the room. So OK, you get the bedsheets for free (wow!) but you'll have to carry them to your appartment. You'll have to pay 6€/person for 2 small towels.
