The most amazing hotel in Biarritz, we stayed here after a 2 nyt stay in hotel du palais. The front of house staff both manager and manageress were phenomenal, we were greeted with flowers and chocolates in our room. A very nice classy touch. Staff were amazing in pluma restaurant We stayed in the double room with terrace. Now it is cosy but very functional, clean and the views are amazing! Difficult with a car and lots of luggage

It is a bit stressful arriving in Biarritz by car. The hotel helpfully send out a map and if you follow the directions to the parking it is fine. The only problem would be if the car park is full as it would be difficult to find another one given the pedestrian restrictions in the summer.
