We received a really friendly welcome over and above that at most hotels including booking a vegan restaurant for us. The location is brilliant for all of Biarritz’s sights and we enjoyed the morning market round the corner. The room was comfortable with a fridge and excellent bed. I agree with all the previous comments. The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is very centrally located but also very quiet. We didn't use the courtyard but it was beautiful. Rooms were a pretty design, clean and spacious. I would just warn families like us (a couple and their daughter of 18) staying in a room for three, or friends travelling together; that there was no door bet… I agree with all the previous comments. This hotel was the absolute best! It was centrally located so everything was a short walk, but thankfully on a quiet side street that made for quiet sleep . Rooms were very clean and well appointed. In a narrow one way street with a plain gray front, this hotel could easily be overlooked. But once inside it’s very different.
