This hotel was absolutely awful. I came to celebrate my sisters 60th birthday and knowing the weather wasn't going to be great at the end of March, I picked this hotel specifically for the spa and indoor pool. When I arrived to check in, I was told the spa and pool were closed due to maintenance. If I could have cancelled right there and found another hotel - I would. Lovely hotel where the staff were super helpful and spoke better English than I spoke French which was very good since my French is terrible :) they offer lots of nuxe products for gifting and even had their own Starbucks which was welcome to me lol.
