Excellent hotel with quality service. The decor is very modern, warm, and cozy.The breakfast is hearty, very sophisticated, and features high-quality products. Convenient and comfy
The hotel is comfy and the location is good, just outside the city walls. If you have a car, make sure you book parking in advance. There is only limited on site parking. The receptionist. Upon arrival I asked where the car park was. She quickly became extremely impatient. Due to never staying at this hotel before, I couldn't understand where she meant. So she had to come outside to show me and she became increasingly abrupt again. So upsetting and shocking!! I would never, ever speak to my customers in this manner. Just outside the old town good value hotel.
The hotel is situated just outside the centre of the old town. It’s really just a short walk into town. On arrival at the hotel we were met by two very cheerful staff members who seemed to enjoy their job. Our room wasn’t ready but we expected this as check in doesn’t start till 4pm.
