I stayed one night in this hotel and was completely satisfied. The room was perfectly clean and bed comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. I highly appreciated that I was informed that there are two tourist groups and what time they come to the breakfast so I could adjust my schedule accordingly and start my day without stress. So so - very hostelish - could be better
On arrival it was hard to figure out where the free parking was - the receptionist just said go to the left! We had a standard room / double bed. The room was as pictured, but felt smaller. The bathroom is very small but did okay for 2 nights. Bed was hard and not that comfy. A kettle and 2 cups would be handy, or at least the option of making a hot drink in the downstairs area. Ibis Avignon Centre is positioned really well to enjoy walking access to the City's highlights. Room fine, if limited legroom in the en suite facilities. Nice little courtyard to sit in. What a great location being across the street from the medieval ramparts of this historic city. Walking distance to everything. However, the rooms are beyond tiny. The hotel is very nice. Next to the the city center, the railway station.in front of the tramway.There is a bar and à small restauration service.
