Great location close to the city centre. The atmosphere is very trendy and fun. They do theme events daily and I have never seen that before. Cool games area and there's also an area of kids. Rooms are a bit small for two people with luggage. Mine was fine...just wish I had a cupboard for the luggages. What I didn't like was that there wasn't a safe in the room. Midway between the train station and the historic downtown (both walkable from the hotel), this a well-designed modern hotel with lovely staff. The room was large by European standards, very clean, with a good shower and a really comfortable bed. Hotel is clean and pleasant, staff were so helpful and kind, location is convenient to/from the train station, and the breakfast was great. I wish people wrote honest reviews. This hotel is not near the middle of the town nor is it quiet. The hotel is situated on a roundabout on the main road into Annecy. It is not in a nice area of the town and at the moment a drill is blaring outside my window.
