Wonderful located hotel. Although presented as 4**** hotel, actual experience is definitely 5*****!Check in process is wonderful, reception and concierge are very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean, spacious and with stunning lakeside views (on request). Breakfast is luxurious and fresh and tasteful, bar is lovely and the outside terras is great! Staff is again very friendly and service minded!… Wonderful located hotel. We stayed four nights and found the location and the rooms to be quite relaxing. The room was spacious and had nice windows that opened on the front of the hotel. A bit dated for five stars, but very clean and comfortable. Not a well run hotel. For the high price you can get much better service. Restaurant isn’t bad but reception, bell desk, housekeeping, etc provide very low customer service for this price. Not the first time we have stayed here. Great hotel in a fabulous location and with great staff. We will stay here again for sure. A great stay in Annecy. Perfect location away from the center noise and tourists. The room was spacious, well decorated, quiet at all times and all the amenities we needed.
