    Overall my stay was really pleasant. I even manage to make use of the spa on day two. I guess I should also point out that when I arrived I was first allocated to room 806 (if I'm not mistaken) and informed that "it was ready". When I went upstairs the room was not ready. I had to go back downstairs leave my baggage with the concierge and go to my meeting. The room which I finally got (810) was only available in the afternoon .

    Superb hotel in a beautiful setting. Great service and wonderful food. Easy walking distance from centre along the picturesque lakeside.

    Great location, superb views of the lake, courteous staff, quiet and romantic hotel. A good location to explore the old town , the pont des amours, and cycle around the lake .

    Disappointing Stay – Noise Issues and Poor Management Response

    My experience at this hotel was unfortunately far below expectations. After 10 PM, there was continuous dog barking and other guests speaking loudly in the corridor, making it impossible to rest. Quiet hours were clearly not respected.What made the situation worse was the hotel’s response. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a solution, the management’s position was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort to enforce basic noise policies or ensure guest comfort, which is a fundamental responsibility of any hotel.For a property that advertises comfort and tranquility, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both its noise control and its attitude toward guests who raise legitimate concerns.
