We had a great experience all around. From check-in to check out, complementary mini bar, the space we had, the bathroom amenities, the lighting in the room, the bed linens, service, as well as the breakfast and the afternoon treats (such as pastries and ice cream in the lobby) were a nice touch. A simply superb visit to a gorgeous place
My wife and I stayed here for three nights at the end of May. We had an amazing time. Our room was 506 and was just perfect. A balcony overlooking the lake and mountains and a very comfy bed. Excellent location, very friendly staff. The room is comfy but small. Matress is very good but air condition is set to 25 oC during summer. It's not possible to reduce the temperature even with the - 3 oC option they say the air conditioner has. It's a general problem in France.
