This is a stunning property. It’s actually less than ten years old, but they have managed to create the feel of a very old building but with all modern amenities. It’s gorgeous. The pool is the nicest I’ve ever had at a hotel - a real swimmers pool. The restaurant is excellent too.I simply cannot understand the one star reviews. Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this caliber. We had an awful €280 couples massage, and I left mine halfway through after the therapist acknowledged she could not provide the pressure I had repeatedly requested.
