  I think the place needs an update to make it more efficient. The check-in should have the ability to do it through an application, and the food reservation times should be done through the application.   I’m really disappointed with my experience here. We’ve been waiting since 9 AM and were told we’d be ready by 3, then 4… and now it’s 4:40 with no clear update. We’re hungry, frustrated, and haven’t been offered any accommodations or support.
