From the moment we arrived in the posh club we were treated like friends and family. Check in was effortless and shown to our swim up room which was immaculate and well stocked. We found the food in the posh club to be of the highest standard with presentation and taste excellent. A lovely resort with excellent accommodation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent meals with a wide variety of world choices. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach where you can scuba or snorkel amongst the fish and other sea life. Disappointing management and dishonesty regarding room allocation
I am highly disappointed with my experience at White Hills Resort. The service only improved after I posted a negative review on Google, which shows they only care about their public image, not the actual guest experience. Furthermore, the reception placed me in a room with an incredibly low sink (under 1 meter high).
