We had a bad experience with El khan Hotel.. the towel is so dirty like a rug, the comforter has no cover. We informed the agent that booked for us- informed the FO manager- house Keeping Manager- No action. They don’t care at all. Not worth it for 2000 egp for a night. Warning to everyone — do not book at El Khan Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.This place is completely unsafe and unprofessional. The hotel manager (named Amir) and the owners (Shady and Karim) treat guests in a terrible way. We politely complained about the food quality — it had very small portions and almost no variety.
