dirty rooms, dirty bathroom. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel at all.The food was very poor, with almost no variety. There wasn’t even drinking water available in the hotel, so I had to buy it from outside.When I arrived to check in, I simply asked for a glass of water because I was thirsty, and they told me to wait until I had been assigned a room.The worst part was the restaurant staff. This was the worst hotel we’ve ever been to on arrival, we noticed all the chairs ripped and very old in the lobby. There was no lift in the room had nothing that was advertised on loveholidays no Aircon it was broke no mini fridge. There wasn’t even a fridge.There was bedbugs all in the bed when moved to another room to upgrade. I recently stayed at Sharm Cliff Resort, and it was a complete disaster. The hotel suffers from severe neglect and a total lack of basic maintenance and hygiene.
