The resort was modernised in 2022. Guests have a choice of 391 non-smoking rooms located in a 5-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 2 lifts. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a 24-hour security service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. Our stay at Pickalbatros Royal Grand Sharm was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food had a great variety every day. The sea view and atmosphere were beautiful and relaxing. Everything was well organized, and the service exceeded our expectations.
