Very disappointed with the reception service at this hotel. I was staying here with my child, who requires temperature-controlled medication, and due to a late flight home I asked if a late check-out could be arranged. Fantastic service from all the staff who couldnt do enough for us. My wheelchair use was not an issue. The food was lovely and varied. Plenty to choose from. We visited the Aqua Park for a day trip from our own hotel and we weren't disappointed. The children (6 and 4) absolutely loved it! There was enough to do for them both. Plenty of seating for the adults and tasty food. A very very special thank you to the life guard Ahmed Hamza who was incredible with our 2 children.
