Avoid at all cost !!!!Need to get taxis to go out. Stayed for 2 weeks and did not feel welcome by staff in the main restaurant was told on multiple occasions that they had a English restaurant we would be more comfortable in the English restaurant as they say was dirty and full of flys. The whole hotel is dirty and rubbish all over the floors. The rooms are very dated was bitten very badly went to… Avoid at all cost !!!!Need to get taxis to go out. Fantastic pools and slides, amazing night time pool party on one of the nights we was there, staff so friendly! Would 100% go again, beautiful little orange cat who kept coming to our balcony (room 7231) if you see him give him a fresh bowl of water and some chin scratches, we miss him lots! Good cleaning of the rooms from Mostafa. He helped us when we lost our swimming glasses for our daughter, we asked him for help and he rushed to get us some new one.
