The resort was modernised in 2019. The resort has 388 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Stay clear its an absolutely disgusting hotel and easy jet dont care once they have your money

This hotel doesnt even deserve 1 star absolutely disgusting dirty broken things throughout poor food hygiene staff washed cups in tap water i ended up in hospital and every single one of our family had bad tummy's from poor hygiene and poor food.
