It was an amazing stay at Jaz Neo, staff are all amazing, friendly and so helpful. Rooms and pool are clean and nice, the shuttle is also always on time. Just two hints: 1- room toilet is a bit old and small, 2-pool party could start a little bit later that we can sleep longer😅. We arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight. Check in was quick and easy, nice touch of a cold juice on arrival. We had a platter of sandwiches and snacks brought to our room which was most appreciated. We had an updraded garden view room, room itself was fine but no view sadly just of a wall.Meals were always good, plenty of choice.
