New resort with excellent staff, some improvement is possible

We stayed in the Steigenberger Resort Alaya for two weeks during the Easter Holiday. First thing we noticed when arriving is the calm...the resort is very big and you don't get the feeling at any point that there is too much people around. We stayed in a Superior swim up room(4018).
