Predatory Medical Charges Facilitated by Management

I am writing this to warn future guests. While the hotel itself is satisfactory and the frontline staff work very hard to provide a good service, the management is complicit in facilitating predatory practices by the on-site "resort doctor."I sought urgent help for back pain a few hours prior to my flight in february. I recently visited Jaz Grand Marsa. I had the best experience ever.Each day we was greeted by Lucy, Karim, Maro, Daniela, Firmino, Michelle, Ahmed from the animation team who was fantastic.They offered a range of activities such as darts, stretching, boccia, water polo, aqua gym, ping pong and dance lessons most days.The service was also vary caring and attentive to anything we want. We had a great time at the JAZ Marsa.The hotel was amazing.It was the staff that made our holiday. Special shout out to the Animation Team Karin, Lucy, Mario, Michelle, Daniela, Islem and Firmino.
