Everyone at this hotel treated me like royalty! So friendly, going out of their way to make sure I was happy. It is a rare experience for a hotel to be so customer oriented, such as this one. I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The place is clean and quiet, and the rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning. I really liked the view of the garden and how peaceful the atmosphere is. The food was very good with nice variety, and everything I tried tasted fresh. The staff were polite and helpful whenever needed. Nice location with great views of the Nile. Excellent breakfast. Beds and pillows are very firm. Street side is very busy with hustling cab drivers and horse carriages. Issues with the pay system at the restaurant creates confusion. Just came back from a week at tje Iberotel and it was lovely..Only bad point is the rooms are a little dated and could do with modernising..But thats it, too many good points to make up for.Tip: book a nile view room, the view was stunning all day from sunrise to sunset.. being that close to the nile we could see the valley of the kings.Food: we only went Bed & Breakfast but the food was delic… Just came back from a week at tje Iberotel and it was lovely..Only bad point is the rooms are a little dated and could do with modernising..But thats it, too many good points to make up for.Tip: book a nile view room, the view was stunning all day from sunrise…

Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff and you can t beat their location with a lovely terrasse and garden on and overlooking the Nile, and a great pool and cadé built in the river itself.
