The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom.
