    This place is incomparable to any other everything is just great the view the rooms the service the beach and special thanks to an amazing rooms service team for a top notch cleanliness and service to Kamal, Alkholi, Islam, Yasser, Sarah and Natalie. It has been years coming to this hotel and will always come back

    I spent 5 wonderful days at this hotel, enjoying top-notch service, beautiful rooms we was given a full sea view as per our preferable.The variety of food is amazing just they need a little extra effort on quality of some sorts but overall it is accepted. Special thanks to Mr. Hassan at the front desk for his outstanding hospitality and helpfulness throughout the stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway

    We booked a deluxe room with a sea view, but in reality, the view was only partial and mostly overlooked the pool and the building opposite. What made it worse was finding out that other guests received the same room without having to pay extra.The hotel advertises itself as a five-star resort, but the reality doesn’t match — it’s clearly worn out and outdated. While the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the carpets are worn, the bathrooms old, and we experienced several power outages during our stay.We were very concerned to hear that there had been several break-ins in guest rooms — multiple families were affected. Security is definitely not at the level you’d expect from a hotel of this category.Evening entertainment was another big letdown. Live music was played every night, but the singers were more like screeching than actually singing. The program was weak and repetitive.According to some of the animators and returning guests, the hotel used to be part of the Rixos chain, which was evident in the quality of service back then. This year, however, the situation is noticeably worse — service quality has declined significantly, as seen in the poor organization, unmotivated staff, and underwhelming entertainment. (The drink quality also varied.)Another disappointment: we had All-Inclusive Hard, but the bar only served drinks until 11:00 p.m. At the beach bar, there was always a line, and the staff seemed uninterested — one bartender was working while three others stood around chatting.? Pros:The food was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious.Daily housekeeping was flawless — rooms were always cleaned thoroughly.One of the animators spoke Czech, which was a nice touch for families with kids.The beach and sea were absolutely beautiful — clean, calm, with soft sand and a wonderful atmosphere.
