    Extremely disappointing stay at what is supposed to be a five-star hotel.My experience at Hilton Alexandria Corniche was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had.Room:The room was shockingly poor in quality — it felt more like a storage space or a prison cell than a proper hotel room. The view was even worse, overlooking the roof of the hotel’s entrance, which appeared to be a collection point for dust and dirt.Facilities:The air conditioning was completely inadequate, operating on only one fixed speed and temperature with no way to control it.There were no carpets in the room, making it uncomfortably cold.Additionally, there was no prayer mat provided and no indication of the Qibla direction — something that should be standard in a hotel of this category.Staff:The reception staff were extremely unhelpful and displayed a clear lack of professionalism. When I requested a room change, I was told coldly that the hotel was fully booked and no alternatives were available, with no effort made to assist or accommodate the request.Noise:After midnight, there was significant and continuous noise coming from the ceiling, as if furniture was being dragged across the floor above. This disturbance lasted for over two hours, making it impossible to rest.Conclusion:This experience was far below expectations for a five-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

    I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Corniche Alexandria, and a big part of that was thanks to Mariam Gamal. She was extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay.Mariam went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, always greeting us with a warm smile and handling any request quickly and efficiently. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out and made a noticeable difference in our overall experience.It’s rare to find someone so committed to excellent service, and Mariam truly represents the high standards of the hotel. I highly appreciate her efforts and would definitely look forward to visiting again because of the great hospitality she provided.
