When we first checked in my impression of the hotel was favourable, however…..we got up to our room and first thing I wanted was a shower. I let the water run for quite awhile and it never did get hot. I then went to use the hair blower and it overheated after barely starting to dry my hair. Careful when booking at this hotel because despite guarantees you may not get what you are expecting. I booked a suite directly through the Stubel website while on the phone with the hotel front desk. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again. Just overnight before flying home, did not have big expectations but was pleasantly surprised! Rooms are very modern and nice, was actually better than the air bnb I stayed in for work for 2 weeks and the same price. Located in a good area it had great views over a steep valley. I just got a basic room, but it was great, the upgraded rooms must be very nice.
