Worst customer service ever. Stayed in this hotel before pandemic and it was great. Excellent customer service. So i decided to repeat the experience but it was a disaster. First night me and my sister got there there was no water in the shower we made it to the hotel passed midnight, tire and wanting to shower to rest. Took them more than half an hour to solve the problem. We stayed for two weeks… Worst customer service ever. Stayed in this hotel before pandemic and it was great. Excellent customer service.
