I had a very disappointing experience with Casas del XVI and would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here.I had four confirmed reservations with valid confirmation numbers under a pay-at-property policy, meaning payment was not supposed to be processed until arrival. Despite this, all of my reservations were canceled without any prior notice. I have lost count the number of times we have stayed at Casas del XVI and each time was lovely. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. There is a great selection for breakfast items and all are delicious. We used their car service for the first time on our last trip and could not have been more pleased.
