First of all the exterior and interior of the hotel are immaculate. The outside area is artfully landscaped and the interior nicely furnished and very clean. Beautiful modern hotel - just don’t try to get in touch with anyone there

Top notch hotel 5 minutes from the airport. The only problem we had was trying to actually get in touch with a person there to ask about a shuttle from the airport. I called, WhatsApped, emailed, chatted, etc. and never got a hold of anyone — only got auto replies. Fortunately Santiago has Uber so everything turned out fine.
