The resort was built recently, in 2020. Guests have a choice of 603 rooms, including 115 suites and 483 double rooms, located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.
Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Serenade hotel was a great hotel and great atmosphere the rooms was spacious but not always cleaned and towels not changed we thought it was great value it very beautiful in the night only downfall was flies in the restaurants would go back again Pilar Rios…

Not a 5 star Resort
This is not a 5 star hotel at all. The buffets on both sides were infested with flies on the food. I did not eat at either. The place had strat cats and dogs. Absolutely unacceptable. That being said, the manager accommodated our dinner needs with reservations…
