Location

Located on the northern coast in the Playa Dorada complex, the hotel is just 25 minutes from the La Union International Airport. Puerto Plata Airport is some 30 km from the hotel and Cibao International Airport is approximately 120 km away.

Facility

204 rooms are available. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments.     First let's me start by saying this is a really nice spot, very clean, good food, good staff. Where they lack, not enough umbrellas at the pool, no lobby bar and if you don't read the fine print no balcony and very small rooms. Very crowded beach the chairs are almost one on top of each other, pool bar was great, very convenient also the bathroom at the beach bar very clean and never ran out of tp. All in all I would recommend if you don't have any issues with what i though was lacking.

    I would like to comment on Stephanie's behavior, who without asking her opinion or not even was dealing with him barged in my conversation with the very respectful and polite Jhoeney. We lived a very stressful day having a delay with TS890 and her being rude for no reason. It was a very unpleasant experience. She had no right to give her opinion when she is not asked. Plus all the other issues, water innondation in my room. But Sophia Reception Supervisor was AMAZING.     Excellent resort! The staff are very friendly. Smaller resort with great food and variety. Ocean and pool are perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.     Small resort but that is a good thing. Food was decent and drinks were cold. The entertainment staff did a good job keeping the environment fun. The beach , although a bit of a walk from the main resort, was the best part of this place.
