This was our 4th trip to this resort. It is beautiful and well maintained but a couple reasons below why it could be our last trip here to Iberostar resort in general. We had stayed at Iberostar resorts in Mexico and DR since 2012 and accumulated a lot of nights/points with our stays. Besides the grounds of this resort everything else is not even worth it. We were for 2 weeks, and my child got hand mouth foot disease and we had to rotate with my husband being in the room with him. Pool was not clean, food was the worst and exactly the same every single day. Nobody spoke English and communication was terrible. Very small and boring resort with nothing to do. Beach is very rocky… Besides the grounds of this resort everything else is not even worth it. Had a pleasant stay over Easter. Hotel, grounds and location are beautiful. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, and the grounds are kept pristine at all times, including the stunning beach.
