Lovely central hotel

Very nice hotel, well positioned with friendly staff. Breakfast fine, lots of choice and restocked.Only reason not a 5 was our room temperature 22.5/23 degrees and was told winter so no aircon on and seemed impissible to adjust on room control.

Disappointing at best

Breakfast was disappointing and the hotel itself is not great. The staff is indifferent and the common areas are weird.The eggs at breakfast were disgusting!!!!Only points given are for the big family suite. The room looks great and is very spacious.Would NOT recommend this place!

Friendly and clean but solos beware

Clean, great breakfast, friendly. Excellent location for walking and public transportaion.My non-5 stars relate to solo travel. While the vibe is great for solos, the room was sub-par, almost a bait & switch. Expecting a comfortable room, what I got instead was a (non-pictured), spartan room with literally no view and little space/furnishing beyond the twin bed.Not the end of the world, but a warning for solos.

Lovely stay at The garden court hotel

We have just returned from 5 days in prague and stayed at garden court hotel. The hotel Is 7mins walk from the main square and 5mins from the river . We also walked to wenslas Square. Plenty of eating places around it as well . Our room was lovely and really clean and breakfast was really good there was lots of choice and even a few cooked items . The staff were all really friendly and the man on reception was so helpful . Even though the hotel is on a main road the rooms are really quiet as you walk through a small entrance to reception then through the garden where there are plenty of places to sit , then into the hotel area so we'll away from the road and people noise . I would definitely use this hotel again .

Perfect stay in perfect hotel in perfect city.

Perfect hotel. The location was right opposite Narodni Trida metro station, with trams right outside too. We caught the 22 straight to the castle. Shopping centre with Tesco across the street. Franz Kafka spinning head just behind shopping centre. Old town few minutes walk. Bedrooms were spotlessly clean with towels and tea/coffee. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Rooftop room was very warm but windows allowed adequate ventilation. The staff were so helpful. I had forgotten a charger for my phone, which would’ve been a disaster as plane tickets all digitalised, but receptionist located one for me to borrow for the whole stay. We absolutely recommend you stay in this hotel. The price was outstanding for the quality of everything.
