Mediocre service
AC didn't work. It was -7C outside and we were freezing. We asked that could they fix it or even give us extra blankets. Ac was not fixed but we got extra pillows after 3 nights. Reception told us that they would fix it but nothing happened. The room was nice…

The hotel has a great location and very nice and helpful staff. Very close to the center, we did not need to take any public transport everything that we needed was close. We came two times and will definitely come again.
