The worst ever experience in a hotel

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in hotel. We booked at this location through UNITED to visit our family in Ostrava and there was no disclosure at the time of booking that this location is under construction. We arrived with suitcases and saw the dust and the mess; we had to carry them down stairs ( like 50 stairs). We couldn’t cancel and book somewhere else… DO NOT BOOK HERE. Its former grand facade was swept away sometime during Communist rule and now its appearance is functional and box-like.
