Rooms wet and cold
Rooms clean but very cold and really wet. Outside temperature 7 degrees, asked help at the desktop but no solution and no possibility to have electric stove. Old communist building transformed into a ‚modern’ hotel
The hotel claims to be located in Ostrava, but it feels more like the suburbs or another town. The building was transformed (not so successfully) from a communist building into a hotel. You can still experience the not so modern interiors, especially on the upper floors. The breakfast is literally the only thing that’s really nice. GOOD DEAL FOR SUCH A MONEY
I slept in BW Vista first time. I can´t blame this hotel for its 80´s look. I can not imagine to redesign such a huge house to more state-of-the-art, except rooms. Yes you are welcome by big hallways, stairs, long corridors. Staff: very friendly and willing, reception perfect, brakfast huge and staff again very neat and caring.
