The Clarion Hotel we had actually booked in the city centre was overbooked so we were moved here.The room was fine, comfortable beds and good working WiFi. Breakfast was lovely, lots of different options. It is quite far from the city centre (hence we first booked the other one), we took a taxi there. I accidentally booked this hotel for the wrong city (my mistake, not theirs) and realized only after booking a nonrefundable rate. I had not been in Olomouc for a while and was back a week ago. Everything in the hotel was superb and it is clearly well managed. The rooms are super and the food excellent. I know this sounds like a paid ad but it really is an excellent hotel and one of my favourites. I have to admit I am biased when it comes to this hotel as it is one of my favorites and I have stayed there every year since it opened almost twenty years ago which is tribute in itself.
