We have had an okay stay at Spa Resort Sanssouci but I would not go back. When we arrived, we could already see some difficulties in the communication in English, and luckily we knew a little german that helped us out. We had full board but we could only check in at 2 pm, when the restaurant was closed. Good service, food and fine facility
Food is nice, refurbished rooms are fine, unfortunately no ACand no free access to gym . The spa and treatments are good although might be a little worn here and there. Stay away from this place. I stood there for five nights,and left them ,to move much better place.Management very rude,overcharged my stay,kitchen very poor ( food overcooked,deep fry ,nothing healthy and diet to eat).
