Rooms were clean, personal is friendly, medical procedures safe and good, food in restaurant is good. But people including staff smoke everywhere outdoors and a smoke gets inside. Meanwhile by Czech law a smoking ban on hotel area and these rules described at lobby. We had a room on the first floor with a window onto the outside staircase where the hotel staff constantly gather for smoke breaks.
