Lovely experience, the pool and sauna was incredible, and amazing breakfast every morning! Katrin at the front desk was fantastic and really helpful. The hotel: This hotel is at most three stars, and that's not a fact.The rooms: Dirty. The toilet is not cleaned. Candy wrappers behind bedside tables and chair. Ashtray on the balcony with cigarette butts, not cleaned by previous occupants. And we do not smoke.The telephone is covered in dust and has not been cleaned for a long time. A very comfortable, cosy hotel in the heart of the most beautiful part of Karlovy Vary. Delicious breakfasts, beautiful rooms, great swimmig- pool and helpful and kind staff. Very, very clean.
