Regrettably we are not returning
Dear readers, Unfortunately, like a lot of recent reviews here, I cannot justify this to be a 5 star hotel in any means. Even the reception staff could not s… Dear readers, Unfortunately, like a lot of recent reviews here, I cannot justify this to be a 5 star hotel in any means. Overrated. A 5star hotel? No way!
The photos were very impressive but this is not a 5 star hotel by any means. The dress code recommendation "smart casual" was interpreted by some to come with flip-flops and sweat suits to breakfast and dinner. The spa area is quite dated as others mentioned before. The sauna is a bit bigger than my home sauna but more crowded. The friendliness of the staff reminds you of soviet times (meaning.. do… The photos were very impressive but this is not a 5 star hotel by any means. Fifth star was missing
In general was nothing wrong with the room or food but we did not saw the fifth star. Fitness room was great, Spa area need complete refreshment. Pool looks old and sauna even older.
