This spa hotel is located in an exclusive location on the Teplá River, near Hot Spring colonnade. The spa town’s many sights and attractions are located nearby. Be it concerts, gallery openings, or a visit to the theatre or casino – Carlsbad has a long tradition of culture, as much today as during its golden age. Carlsbad also offers a wide range of possibilities for sports enthusiasts, including golf, horse riding and tennis, hunting and fishing, or hikes through one of the most beautiful valleys here at the edge of the Ore Mountains.

Facility

15 apartments and 126 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Just what we needed

Wonderful experience. This was our second time in Karlovy vary and we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The breakfast was very good, the service was good, the room we booked (22qm) with a view to the river was perfect and the spa facility was enough for us. We also had massage with Michelle, which was also great. The young receptionist was very helpful. Recommend this hotel further. Zero cleanings and disgusting quality of service

Zero sanitary and support. We bought the spa package for 18 procedure and were told that we need to use the same towel, robe and single use robe we need to store, because they will not spend on us no more than 1 single use robe. NO lockers, no security. They cut the time of procedure. Petra was very rude and disrespectful. The slighted talk to her will turn you down. Very negative experience and we even did not complete it to the end. Stay away and do not waste your money. All procedures were conducted in full, and any shortened duration resulted event you were arriving late.The accompanying couple expressed satisfaction with the quality of our services and thanked our team. Top Location in the middle of Karlovy Vary

Karlovy Vary Film festival is famoust Czech festival and is for the city most important event. When you try to accomodate in this hotel you have to know this. Location is top. Hotel already needs to be renowated it is very visible in bathroom. Cleaning service could be better and tou even will not found bottle of water on your room. Aircondition works on 50 percent and when you expect garage it is not here but relatively far away. And one interesting think. When you would like to go on dinner here you have to pay in advance also when you are hotel guest. Everything was perfect from the start, the staff was very helpful. We had a very nice room. The spa area was also very nice.
