This charming historical hotel is situated on the square of the beautiful ancient town of Český Krumlov, which belongs to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Fund. The unique atmosphere of the town pleasantly fits with the gorgeous locality in the valley of the Vltava river. Guests will find shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Český Krumlov castle is around 1.5 km away. Rožmberk and Hluboká castle are approximately 25 km from the family-friendly city hotel, while Linz is roughly 70 km away and Prague, another national treasure, is around 160 km away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1500. Guests have a choice of 7 junior suites, 2 suites, 3 single rooms and 40 double rooms located in a 3-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk are on hand round the clock to assist guests with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view onto the street from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge).     Terrible customer service, asked for a menu and over 20mins later had still no service. We were sitting outside! My husband went into enquire, still no menu, just got a little piece of paper with a number on it. Could not log into it. Left and sat on some seats in the square, watching customers arrive and getting a menu. I saw 2 other couples treated the same way. By the same skinny blonde lady with glasses. Hairlonger on the sides. Do you not want to make money? Placed a complaint with our tourist guide.     The location is perfect, just in the middle of the main square. The room is brand new. Everithing was amazing. Faruk help us and was very kind.     Sleeping surrounded by medieval history

    This hotel is truly a gem in Cesky Krumlov!Starting with the location, it's hard to believe there's a hotel with a better location than Hotel OLDINN. It's located right in the main square, in the heart of the old town, just a 10-min walk to the bus station, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, attractions and everything there is to see. Center of the center of the center! We were lucky to have been upgraded to a room facing the square and I LOVED IT! You would think that it would be noisy - but no, the soundproof was just top notch. Modern, super comfortable (one of the comfiest beds I've slept on while travelling), great bathroom and great taste in decoration, loved the frame on the TV - made it look like a painting! - and also the little poems written on the walls about stories and legends of Cesky Krumlov.The staff was incredibly friendly. Restaurant service was outstanding and the breakfast was really tasty and varied!I don't think there's anything to complain. It felt really like a dream - waking up to the beauty of the Cesky Krumlov it's something I will never forget. Thank you for your hospitality, I hope to come back soon!     We only stayed 1 night in this hotel. Room was actually better than we expected, quite roomy. Hotel has recently been updated and the appearance from outside was deceiving. Breakfast Buffet was the same as the flash main city hotels and offered delicacies for all. This location has a special feel to it, tour groups visiting have only pedestrian access needing to walk in.
