  Great location with superlative staff

  My son and I spent a few days here and loved this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the view from the room was magical - Christmas fair was across the street - we easily walked everywhere.   The location is excellent, near all the amenities and central , you can walk everywhere. The atmosphere is so lovely , the staff are all friendly and can’t do enough for you especially the two receptionists at the desk on Jan 16 and 17 .   Exceptional everything!The service is what all hotels around the work should aspire to!ultra modern hotel but still somehow warm and welcoming!The rooms are a great size and provide all travelling essentials.Now for the restaurant- food best I have had.   Perfect stay from beginning to the end

  This was our second stay. We stayed here four years ago and had a perfect stay. We dropped a kid off for college and this time back for a graduation. The hotel is as nice as we remembered. Nothing was too much to ask. They changed the format of the breakfast a bit for the better, resulting in less waste.   We have stayed at The Map Hotel before and found it excellent. Tonight we are staying elsewhere but went for dinner. It was superb and the staff service and food were excellent.
