The location is perfect as it’s right in the heart of the city… however, it goes downhill from there. The building was not built with soundproofing in mind, so we clearly heard all footsteps...

My room was cleaned, bed made and my towels were changed everyday. Friendly and helpful staff. I felt safe as a solo traveller as they had a security guard at night. Minus 1 star for the faulty fire...

Booked a room with a harbourside view. Really glad I did. The balcony had a superb view of the harbour and the swing bridge. Sitting out, watching ships come and go as the sun went down was fabulous...
