The hotel fronts directly onto the golden sands of Los Taïnos beach at Varadero, known as the most beautiful in all of Cuba. Behind the picturesque beach resort lies the yacht marina Chapelin. The hotel is situated in the middle of tropical gardens leading to Playa Los Taïnos, one of Cuba’s best beaches. Guests will reach the centre of Varadero in approximately 10 min and Varadero international airport is roughly a 25 min drive from the hotel.

The hotel has a lift and features 316 rooms and 24 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, catamaraning, kayaking and snorkelling or, for a fee, sailing. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics. The wellness area's offerings provide pure relaxation and include a spa and a solarium. For a fee, massage treatments is also available. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as special offers like snacks. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking.

St.Valentines weekend...LOUD...in lobby, by coffee bar, by pool, in buffet dining...many many hikes to reception for numerous keycard problems and TV remote batteries...then wait for technician. Buffet was good ( considering the political crisis) but very sparse and stripped if you were ' later' . We just returned from 10 days at Roc Arenas Doradas. Can’t say enough about this resort. It’s mid sized so easily walkable. The staff were amazing, as has always been our experience. This was the first resort we stayed at back in 2017 and keep going back because we have always had a great time, great service and just felt welcomed.
