Near to the hotel lie the golf club at Varadero, the shopping centre and the Convenciones Plaza América. Havanna is at a distance of 130 km, Matanzas is 40 km away, it is 280 km to Trinidad and 110 km to Guamá.

Amazing experience we enjoyed the beach and the hotel amenities. The Custumer services were exceptional and everything about the hotel food , pool bars , reception facilities were excellent. Reality hits tourism, Las Americas still standing

Probably the best option for foreigners , to stay in Varadero. Unfortunately, the hotel suffered a lot from the poor economic conditions. Not everything is open ,as tourists are in limited numbers (...mostly Cubans from Havana and Florida). At the time of my stay, it was only 4 or 5 Canadian visitors.The problems are : the fligth connections .Got to fly in( if Canadian) ,from Florida, Mexico or Pa… Probably the best option for foreigners , to stay in Varadero.
