We went in 2011 when the hotel was just built & we had a blast. There was Poor customer service experience. Horrible service. We came back in January 2026 & had a horrible experience. Poor service. Nightmare
This hotel is maximum 1-2stat. The rooms are dirty, the towels are dirty, the food is horrible. We had already 3 different rooms all are broken and dirty, the balcony doors are not closing so in the nights we have 16degrees in the rooms,no heating system.
