Unprofessional front desk staff!

Bring stuff to help the people!!!
One of the two elevators has not worked for over 20 years. At 10 pm Streets are very dangerous. My friend was attacked . Lucky for him , he is a boxer and beat up the two robbers. Poor experience at Plaza Hotel
Me and my companion stayed at the Plaza Hotel from the 29th February 2024 to 6th March 2024. This hotel has five floors (the top floor is the breakfast room) and our room was on the 2nd floor.The hotel is centrally located for easy walking around Old Havana, and taxis are plentiful outside. Great Experience - Lovely Staff
Our travel agent booked us here, then we started to be apprehensive given other reviews in Trip Advisor. We, however, were very pleased with our stay! The beds and pillows were great! We never had trouble with anything but a lovely temperature shower. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs as were the staff in the lobby - Michael in particular was VERY helpful throughout our stay. One the most terrible hotel in Havana. It has a bad service, hotel stuff every time wants to lie guests. All furniture are old, rooms are dirty.
