Not what i would hope for. If you are in havana for just a couple of days would suggest staying in town.

First thing to remember is 5 star in cuba is 3.5-4 elsewhere.Aesthetically good looking on arrival. Large lobby area, concierge at the door. Luggage was taken by Bellaboy to check in on 20th floor (upgraded ?) Where we received a welcome drink and given spell about restaurants etc. Room shown to was on 19th floor looking towards city and over the water.
